DETAILS:
GreensFirst contains 49 different super foods,
extracts and concentrates including super
greens, vegetables, fruits, probiotics,
soluble and insoluble fiber, herbs, spices,
natural flavonoids, enzymes and lecithin.
Contains Certified Organic fruits, vegetables
and barley grass which are first juiced then
spray dried at low temperature leaving all the
important nutrients and live enzymes intact.
It is fortified with proprietary OxiSure Blend
so each serving has the phytonutrient and
antioxidant power of over 10 servings of
fruits and vegetables; also, fortified with
Beta-Glucan, a USDA patented oat fiber.

with plain water. No need to add fruit juices
that are loaded with extra calories and
carbohydrates.
The pH of GreensFirst as a liquid is just on
the acid side of 7. It helps to acidify the
colon via its probiotics, prebiotics and
soluble fiber, thus enhancing calcium intake
which is a systemically akalizing mineral. It
is also rich in alkaline ash minerals,
especially potassium because of all the greens
in it.
The phytonutrients, like chlorophyll, are
important in Phase 1 and 2 detoxification
which neutralize many otherwise harmful
metabolic acids.
GreensFirst is particularly alkalizing when
taken with calcium enriched orange juice,
though the citric acid is acidifying as
pertains to the upper ailimentary canal and
the stomach juices. To move the pH to a
noticeably more alkaline state, GreensFirst
may be taken several times a day, along with
1/2 gram doses of coral calcium each time,
combined with a diet low in animal proteins
and grains.

RECOMMENDED USAGE:
Mix 1 level scoop(provided in the canister),
with six to eight ounces of water. Stir
briskly or shake in a closed container and
enjoy one or more times a day. Best taken
alone on an empty stomach-first thing in the
morning with water is ideal. Can also be mixed
with beverages including herbal tea, diluted
fruit juice and soy or whey powder mixes.
